Our whey protein is made from cold processed, raw milk from Wisconsin dairy cows that are fed a diet of natural grass and other forage. The cows have access to pasture throughout the entire grazing season. No gmo's, grain, or grain byproducts are included in the feed. They get routine mineral and vitamin supplementation and have never been fed or injected with any artificial hormone, steroid, or growth enhancer. We use low temperature drying techniques, pasteurizing the milk only once at 163° F for 15 seconds to preserve the nutritional value and taste.
